WHAT WE DID & WHY

Previously users had very little control over the appearance of printable outputs. The new Classic & Contemporary Print themes were developed to offer more flexibility with a selection of customisation options for printed Sample & Personal itineraries, Print summaries & Vouchers. Choose to standardise your outputs by selecting the Print theme in Admin or users can customise individual itineraries inside the Itinerary Builder if Admin allows.

Contemporary Printable Itinerary
Basic upgrade of the original printable version with a few customisation options.
Customise with date format, colour, a selection of MS Word-compatible fonts, logo placement & size, number of activity & room images, link display.
Customise Print Summary by excluding or including info such as contact details.
Vouchers can also be customised by language & grouped in date or type order.
Contemporary Print Theme
Classic Print Theme
Deluxe version with different customisation options to create a unique look & feel.
Customise with a selection of MS Word-compatible fonts, date format, colour, logo placement & size.
Customise Personal & Sample Itinerary outputs with travel arrangements in timeline order, hide or display info including cover theme image, display destination image with/out intro, link display, select room image size.
Brand-new look & feel Print Summary with a hero image, font sizes & colours for easy reading.
