BACK TO ITINERARY BUILDING BASICS

This course covers the essential building blocks of the Itinerary Builder. You’ll learn how to build an itinerary quickly & most efficiently, with an overview of some of the features that are going to help you produce your best itineraries ever.
Wetu 101 consists of webinar-style training sessions of about 20 minutes each, followed by some Q&A time. Please note: some elements of the functionality covered may apply to you while some may not, depending on the package you have. All Boot Camps will start at 10am SAST & a minimum of 5 attendees per session will be required. Recordings of all sessions will be available if you miss any.
UNPACKING THE PLANNER
This course drills deeply into the Planner Step of the Itinerary Builder to help you understand the various features. You’ll learn exactly what kind of detail you can include on an itinerary, as well as how & where it all displays on your outputs.

This course breaks down Components, 1-Day Tours & Multi-Day Tours (both published & unpublished Day Tour options). You’ll learn how to build them, where to add them onto itineraries & how they differ from full itineraries.

This course covers those odd but essential parts of an itinerary like overnight travel, alternative accommodation options, own arrangements & other useful Accommodation Step features. You’ll learn how to reverse an itinerary, manage travel dates, & more.
THE SIMPLE TRUTH ABOUT HYBRID CONTENT

This course examines how to customise your supplier descriptions, images, room types & activities, to combine with some of your own content. You’ll understand how simple it is to produce Hybrid Content, why to use it & how it displays on your outputs.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE FOR BEGINNERS

This course demonstrates the logic of effectively organising your itineraries, components, day tours, & preferred supplier products internally. You’ll learn how to be more productive by using the tag/label & search functionalities on the Itinerary Browser.
