HOW WE INTEGRATE

Once the integration set up is complete, our Integration team will hand you over to our dedicated Wetu teams that provide operational support:

 Onboarding Team: helps you prepare your consultants  and supports them as they adopt the itinerary builder

 Content Team:  ensures your preferred accommodation, destinations and activities are loaded on Wetu's database

 Support Team: is at your disposal any time you have questions or need a helping hand

We need to be able to access your Tourplan system in order see the bookings that have been created in the Fastbook module. For us to get access to your bookings, we use the Messaging function to send the details of the itinerary to Wetu. 

Step 1: The Integration team will send you an email template that needs to be added to Messaging module. The template can simply be copied in and set up as a new template. 

Step 2: We will set the corresponding user and email address up in Wetu (the 'from' email address needs to be available to 'receive' the details)

Step 3: Use the email template to import your booking from Tourplan to Wetu.  The booking will then be available to convert into a Wetu Itinerary. 

Step 4: Now that the systems are connected, the service lines need to be mapped between the two systems. 

Step 5: Produce an itinerary out of Wetu! 

There are a few other small things that need to be done during this process, but these are the most important steps for getting you connected.
